Over all nice refrigerator.
Removing shelves is somewhat challenging.

after several frustrating years of fighting with the previous unit due to ice cube maker problems and having the repairman as our guest on numerous occasions, it is very rewarding to be able to hear the ice maker operate! my wife loves the internal features of the unit and actually enjoys keeping the quality stainless steel shining! it is also very handy for storing left-overs from the many take-out meals we seem to buy! after spending mucho $$ on remodeling kitchen we now seem to eat out more

In the process of cleaning my Electrolux EI23BC65KS Fridge, I removed the bottom freezer bin to clean under it. It came out very easily as instructed by the owner's book, but upon putting it back in, I tried all day but could not put it back. Rather than damage the unit, I called you for service. Â The Tech was knowledgeable, efficient and the problem was solved in just a few minutes. I love my fridge and now it's perfect again.

We have now had our new kitchen for a few weeks and I am so far pleased with the selection of my Electrolux appliances. Â

This particular refrigerator may be fine, but I won't know for a while, as this is now my 5th refrigerator in 5 years that Electrolux has had to provide because all of the previous 4 had problems which were not fixable. It is a pretty fridge, and has a good layout, but only time will tell. The last one they sent me only worked properly for about two months before it too had to be replaced. It seems these fridges are not easily fixed. I do compliment Electrolux customer service, as they are good about making sure they do send a new one. Five in five years doesn't give me much faith in how long this one will work. If it quits after the warrantee is over, I will most likely purchase a different brand.
My answers to the questions below are based on this latest fridge, although the original purchase in 2009 was due to building a new home. Replacements have been caused by the appliances malfunctioning. The very first one was due to a compressor problem, the next two because the ice-maker would not keep the ice frozen, the third and fourth one because the main compartment of the fridge would not get below 40 degrees, way too warm for milk!
