We purchased this washer and matching dryer. After owning a good Mayta* stacked unit for 14 years, we soon found out that this was the ONLY pair that had reversible doors. (a necessary requirement for our laundry room)
I swapped the washer door over myself, then went to tackle the LP conversion and attachment of the dryer to the top of the washer. This brought out the weakness of this manufacturer - poor phone support, and no manuals. They only provide repair technicians with manuals and the telephone personnel do not have them either. YouTube to the rescue! Found a clip that at least showed me how to properly disassemble the top, front control, and front panel. The installation thereafter went well. (picture attached)
The machines both perform like they should (excellent) and they are quite also. Only ongoing years of service will determine how good of a product this actually is.
BTW - we leave the washer door open for a day after all the washing is completed. Last load is always the whites. We use 1/4 cup of Clorox in this load, which prevents mold & smells that so many others complain about.

So far we are finding this machine to be a good purchase. It cleans the clothes well, uses much less water than our prior top load and has many custom settings. We like the stainless drum vs. a porcelain or plastic drum. The overall appearance is nice and we purchased the drawer to go under it, which is a great place to store all kinds of household cleaning products (keeping them out of sight but in a convenient location in our laundry room). The washer has two things which could be improved. The detergent dispenser drawer always has water remaining in it. This is a nuisance because we don't have a sink in our laundry room. Instead of emptying it we just put the detergent in there, but that makes the detergent go above the "max" line. So far we haven't seen a problem from that but it should be corrected. Second - we have to leave the door open to dry out the seal and interior so it doesn't get a smell - something which has to be done with most front loads. But since this is "normal operating procedure" for this style of washer there should be a clip which holds the door open but doesn't require it to be open all the way. Putting these small things aside, this is a well functioning washer with very nice features. it's quiet when it's washing and it cleans well.

Overall this washer has worked well for us. We chose it because we wanted a front loader that did not have a really long wash cycle plus it has the quick wash option. The one complaint I do have is that the door is hard to open. You need to push it in to have it pop out and it sticks and will not open. You have to use your fingers to pry it open.

This was a replacement for our old top load washer. Very happy with its performance.
