Customer Reviews

Savannah 65 in. W Tall Linen Tower in Dark Espresso is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 18.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from so-so Decent materials but a couple of issues. The drawer did not line up properly and closed crooked and tight. I had to trim the groove down so it could slide in and out with ease. Also the paper stickers that cover the screw holes are junk. Paper stickers on a linen cabinet that is most likely going into a bathroom... doesn't work too well with a little moisture in the air. They all fall off. I would probably pay about $75 for this product if I could do it again. Another so-so product made in China sold by Home Depot...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent Purchase I do really like this piece; however, it was delivered to us with several scratches and scuffs on it. A bit disappointing; but since it was more work to ship it back and wait for an exchange, we just colored in the scuffs with a brown wood marker. Looks good, though. Just wish this stuff was available in store. It really stinks that it's only available online. The selection in the stores for this type of furniture is really disappointing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice piece, frustrating setup I'm happy with how this shelf unit turned out (matches the other espresso colored items in the bathroom, has a bunch of space), but my husband reports it was a pain to put together, i.e. that Home Depot shipped it with slightly erroneous instructions that resulted in irreversibly flipping some pieces. Generally would recommend, but be prepared to exercise some patience.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent cabinet but one annoying cheap shortcut This product took several hours to put together which we did not expect. Also, we were very surprised to find that the method of covering the screw holes has downgraded now from plastic caps to paper dots which of course fall off in damp surroundings like a bathroom. Since this is intended as bathroom furniture where its damp and I can't imagine the plastic caps were that expensive, this is ridiculous. But otherwise we liked the finished product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for The constructed cabinet is quite attractive. While the cabinet came with simple, easy to apply instructions, the material used is of average to low quality. I fully expect this cabinet to be a transitional piece until the custom cabinet we ordered arrives (8-10 weeks). If it endures, than it will have exceeded my expectations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for extra storage I bought this to go in the Kitchen of The Williamsburg Guesthouse. Its great additional storage, I didn't really have a place for dishes and food, now I do. It was a bit tricky to set-up because the instruction diagrams can be pretty confusing, but with a bit of tril+error and common sense, I got it together fairly quick. For the price, its VERY nice, looks great too.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice when it finished but difficult to put together I am not sure who designed this unit, but they were not the ones who had to put it together. Be sure you separate all the small parts since there are two sized of cams. Putting the two together was also a chore for those with large hands.
