I am looking to use something like this to construct a ladder to a platform using your double angle 4x4 elevator brackets. With these is appears they would work fine for attaching 2x4's to rim joist, but would appear if using these that ladder would get wider toward base. Do you have something with a single angle or another product that would work. Could you estimate what the width at bottom would be mounting to a platform 12 ft. high with a top ladder rung width of 2 tt?

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Angle brackets 2x4. For what they were designed for, a good product, however ,do not go more than 3 feet high. any thing above 3 feet use the 4x4 models. September 6, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No instructions!! Product finsih seem poor, and already showed some surface rust before even removed from box. No way these will hold up in an exterior environment. And worst of all no paper work or instructions were included. December 14, 2012
