I bought these stepping stones to create a path to walk on from the driveway to the front gate (in grass). They were easy to install and looked great at first, but over time they have sunk down so the grass grows over them, one has cracked, and they've been a pain in the neck in general. The concept was great, initial execution was great, but now that it's been a few years I would not buy them again...I would instead buy the heavy, concrete ones that are heavy and a pain in the neck initially, but last forever with no problems.

These stepping stones were what I needed in order to do the job myself. Plus the color is perfect by my limestone. I now hope they hold up under Kansas winters!

Very light to handle/carry making the job easy to perform. Will recommend. Have extras and I am planning on extending the landscaping just to use the extra stepping stones.

After looking at natural stones, I selected this one for the color and shape. It looks nice as a walkway, but it's not easy to use and doesn't feel good underfoot.
The spikes to secure these "stones" in the ground are maybe 1/2 inch and very thin -- not enough to really hold. I took care to dig the earth up to fill in underneath the hollow plastic, and even so they have a hollow feel.
We also have dogs who run across the back yard -- and these stones. After only a few weeks, it looks like they are somewhat scratched. Not a big deal, but it speaks to the overall quality and durability of the product.
I'm keeping these for now, but I regret buying them. Maybe I will try filling them with concrete to give them some actual weight and sturdiness.

I absolutely hated these resin stepping stones when I first got them. I installed over a coarse mulch that didn't allow the "stones" to settle in very well. BUT, after a couple of weeks, the they began to settle and eventually became quite stable. I LOVE the final effect. The color is neutral and close to a natural stone color. All in all, quite a nice and useful. The large size is also helpful. I would use again and recommend. Just make sure they get good and stable, or else they feel flimsy and cheap. GOOD VALUE.

Product is ok. Definitely durable. Looks nice and does the job. Not a huge fan though. Wish I would have spent the money for actual stone.

Light weight won't stay down if rain tend to float up and detach from any holding to the ground below. needed to make small "L" bakts and attach to steeping stone then nail to ground this is a flakey product and should be looked at such as Costo dose and elimated... not cirtainly some thing that will work in any application and flimsly at best if you modify...
