Answer:
Thank you for the interest in our product. The fence that you are referencing has a graduated above ground height. It ranges from 4" to 8.5" with 4.5" stakes. However, we do carry another product 2094HD, "Dackers" adirondack style lawn border that measures 32" in height.

Answer:
No, the height and design would not work. Might work if the dogs respect a very low barrier, as around a flower circle. Call your Home Depot and see if this fence is returnable.

Answer:
It shows in one of the photos going around a bend. The product is made of a Resin type plastic material and is bendable to a point. If you over bend it into say, a complete circle, it will probably snap in half.

Answer:
Thank you for contacting us with your question. This fence will definitely work around a curved area. The sections are very flexible and will frame a circular area with ease. Once again, thank you for your question and have a great day.

Rated 2.7 out of 5 by 122 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Cheap, Quick, Nice-Looking Barrier This is not a high-quality, solidly built fence. It is a cheap plastic, somewhat flimsy fence. That being said, you certainly get what you pay for! It was easy to assemble and install and certainly gives areas of our landscaping a more finished look for not a lot of money. I would recommend using superglue on the sections to join them more firmly, as half of the latch pieces don't hold very well. July 5, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by garden fence find this fence very flimsy hard to install because it's bends easy. The price was right, the quality wasn't what I was expecting. August 27, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Flimsy Poor quality. Cant stab the fence into the ground because the stakes fold over. August 10, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Little White Fence These little white fences are interesting ... a good buy for the right application. Not expensive but also not a high-quality, top of the line product. Had to buy 6" stakes to hold it in the ground properly, keep it standing. Was hard to push into the ground to begin with and then looked wavy. The stakes fixed that for the most part. It is great for borders with green behind it. I like the "look" of it. You have to get past the difficulties with install and then you can enjoy it. July 27, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by very flimsey don't stay connected. this product is a waste of money.it is very flimsey.don't stay connected.very poorly made.not worth buying.i normally get good products from homedepot but not this time. August 9, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Garbage I needed something tall, however, I needed something sturdy. I thought these would work, but they are such garbage that I wouldn't spend money on them again. They won't stay connected (I'm going to try superglue) and if your ground is even a little bit hard, you're screwed. Even in brand new fresh garden soil I had a hard time getting them to stay connected. Then when I poured my rock in, they completely bulged out. I wasted $50 on these. I don't blame Home Depot, I only blame myself. I really don't think I'm that hard to please. July 9, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by This plastic fence attracts rodents This little plastic fence lasts for only a season, then it breaks in pieces. I used to buy it for the summer season in the past 2 years because it made my garden looks nicer. This year, I found that actually all the bites seen on the fence come actually from rats but not from insects. And the population of rats was growing and enjoyed each year to eating the little fence. A week ago, I removed all the plastic fences to keep away the rats from my backyard. Don't recommend. July 13, 2016
