Product Overview

The Bigfoot Lightweight Pusher Snow Shovel features an enormous 25 in. wide blade specially designed to clear snow off flat surfaces, such as walkways and decks. The extreme radius of the blade allows for the shovel to effortlessly roll snow like a snow plow. Competitive pusher shovels allow snow to build up on the blade when clearing snow, which causes the user to work harder and less efficiently. This Bigfoot Snow Pusher is made from lightweight, extremely durable resin that allows for easy usage while moving massive amounts of snow. The shovel's handle is constructed from lightweight aluminum and features a deluxe, extra-large D-grip with a cushion padded grip.

  • Massive 25 in. wide blade and extra large blade radius let shovel effortlessly roll snow like a snow plow
  • Pusher snow shovel does not let snow mound up and accumulate on blade when shoveling
  • Lightweight aluminum handle and lightweight resin create for a snow shovel only weighing 5 lb.
  • Extra large d-grip with cushioned padding

Answer:
It's not replaceable. And honestly this is not as good a shovel as I thought it would be. The "wear strip" is not straight on mine so it doesn't clean the sidewalk evenly. I've been using this brand for years and loved the "Bigfoot" model. This is not as good even though more expensive and supposed to be better.

Answer:
Good Afternoon Andrew! The shovel that you are referring to does have a replacement policy for the nylon wear strip; if the strip wears within the first year of use then we will send a replacement wear strip. However, we do not furnish/sell replacement wear strips after that. Thank you for your interest in the BigFoot shovel and hope you enjoy the upcoming winter season.

Answer:
I would say under 1 inch. Mine just broke at 2 inches of light snow. I used it twice. Save your money, this thing is a piece of junk.

Customer Reviews

Rated 3.9 out of 5 by 28 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great shovel but Nylon blade is weak The shovel works very well and is made of high quality materials. However, the nylon blade that is used as the edge piece on the front of the shovel doesn't hold up against tough scrapping of ice and snow. I didn't expect the nylon to hold up as well as metal would but I didn't want to deal with another rusty metal snow shovel that always has ice and/or snow sticking to it. I called the manufacturer (Emsco Group - emscogroup.com) and they shipped me a new shovel head for free. April 1, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best shovel ever!! I hate shoveling the snow, but this shovel makes it so easy anyone can do it! It rolls the snow like a bale of hay and you just push it, not lift it!! March 22, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor quality Same as another reviewer said, I've only had this shovel for 1 season and it already cracked where the plastic blade attaches to the pole. And like other reviewers have mentioned, the blade itself got all warped and uneven between last season and now. It's been hanging on a wall with nothing pressed against it to make it all warped. All the positive reviews must've only been after user's first use, because I would not recommend this shovel for the long haul. I wish I could return it. January 20, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by great for the first year I bought this for use on a composite deck as I did not want a steel edge on the deck. the shovel worked great the first year but in dec. 2015 grabbed the shovel and the vinyl edge is all warped out of shape. the shovel was hung up for the off season so no pressure of any kind was on the vinyl blade causing it to warp. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't waste your money The cheap plastic handle broke the third time I used it February 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Will make light driveway clearing much easier. One sheet metal screw to assemble. Will put to good use. January 19, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Junk - Only used twice! It cracked where the handle enters the shovel Only used twice. I was pushing snow off the driveway into the yard and heard a cracking plastic noise. It cracked where the handle enters the shovel head. 23 degrees light fluffy snow under normal use. Complete junk. Bought it in Sep. on a daily deal. Wish I could return it. Save your money. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great product Does a great job down to the cement. Unless there is a lot of snow, I don't get my snow blower out. I just use this because I can clear my driveway fast. Only complaint is, I wished the wear piece on the bottom of the snow shovel was aluminum instead of the plastic like my old one was. But maybe it will wear a long time like the other one did.
