Product Overview

The Bigfoot Lightweight Pusher Snow Shovel features an enormous 25 in. wide blade specially designed to clear snow off flat surfaces, such as walkways and decks. The extreme radius of the blade allows for the shovel to effortlessly roll snow like a snow plow. Competitive pusher shovels allow snow to build up on the blade when clearing snow, which causes the user to work harder and less efficiently. This Bigfoot Snow Pusher is made from lightweight, extremely durable resin that allows for easy usage while moving massive amounts of snow. The shovel's handle is constructed from lightweight aluminum and features a deluxe, extra-large D-grip with a cushion padded grip.

  • Massive 25 in. wide blade and extra large blade radius let shovel effortlessly roll snow like a snow plow
  • Pusher snow shovel does not let snow mound up and accumulate on blade when shoveling
  • Lightweight aluminum handle and lightweight resin create for a snow shovel only weighing 5 lb.
  • Extra large d-grip with cushioned padding

Customer Questions & Answers

Is the nylon wear strip replaceable? Do you carry replacements?

Asked by: Andrew
It's not replaceable. And honestly this is not as good a shovel as I thought it would be. The "wear strip" is not straight on mine so it doesn't clean the sidewalk evenly. I've been using this brand for years and loved the "Bigfoot" model. This is not as good even though more expensive and supposed to be better.

Up to how deep is the snow can you use this snow pusher?

Asked by: rl
I would say under 1 inch. Mine just broke at 2 inches of light snow. I used it twice. Save your money, this thing is a piece of junk.

Good weight and feel to it. Only gets two stars because it doesn't last. You had better have the smoothest driveway in the world with no cracks. I used it only a few times and the blade cracked right down the middle through the part where the pole attaches. I didn't hit anything hard; I think the design is just cantilevered so much, and it's made with such thin/weak plastic, that it just doesn't last. I bought it on sale, so if you use it only gently, it might be worth something. I wouldn't recommend it though.

I had the opportunity to use this for the first time the other day, and this is a great shovel. The handle is nice and large even for big hands. It works as advertised to shovel by pushing. It even works well with an inch of wet, heavy snow that's always hard to deal with. I'm giving it four stars rather than five because of setup difficulty. It does not come pre-assembled, which makes getting the handle on straight a bit tricky. They give you a tap in screw that I guess you have to drive in with a hammer and then screw in the rest of the way. I say "guess" because there are no instructions provided - not even a one pager. Anyway, I was able to align the handle straight by laying both parts on the ground and drilling the hole where it was needed. It works great after that.

The shovel is light and easy to push. Probably due to cold winter weather, the bottom scrape on the edge began to wear out. I contacted Emsco Group customer service, check to see if they can replace the bottom piece. They were nice enough to send me a replacement, as my purchase was still under the warranty.

Where the handle attaches to the blade is not constructed very well, and both broke at the same place. So if you're only going to be pushing light fluffy snow, no problem. But that's not going to be the situation all the time. I'm looking at a JM Enterprises 30" Snowplow Snow Pusher as a replacement.

Only trouble is if you have more than 6" to move, it can be a bit hard to push, but any shovel will be trouble with more snow than that. Sturdy handle. Holds up well. i have four of these.
