PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Model # 126760

Internet # 202456793

Enerflex, a highly reflective, double-sided, multilayered material, blocks up to 96% of radiant energy and can be installed in new and existing homes. It installs between rafters to the underside of a roof and on other vertical surfaces in an attic to reduce solar heat gain into the home. It also reduces heat transfer by thermal radiation across the air space between the roof and attic floor, keeping an attic up to 30 degrees cooler. In cool weather, Enerflex helps prevent radiant energy from leaving the home and reduces heat loss, which adds up to significant energy cost savings.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.8 out of 5 by 11 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Seems to work... The temperature in my attic is noticeably lower +/- 20 degrees. Relatively easy to install but can be a challenge in tight spaces (at the low end of the rafters). It took about 12 hours of work to install about 1000 sqft. (200 pcs). Had a little trouble because the last 10 pcs in the box didn't have the wires (that hold the panels in place) in them. Rated 4 out of 5 by Installation tip I've read several comments about difficulty compressing the wire rods to insert the panels between the studs. My 16" on center studs were accurately spaced so I had an easier time by first bending the rods slightly into a curved shape. An inch or two helps a lot, just don't over bend them or they won't hold in place. December 3, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Great material, Poor labor working quality The material itself on each sheet seems reasonable nicely of the price, BUT, each piece has different length and width (some 1-2" longer/short than standard indicated as 16"x48") and the layout alignment between the foil sheet not evenly produced. Rated 5 out of 5 by This product was easy to install... We just completed installing 800 pieces of this product and it was very easy to install. We have already noticed that our heating system seems to be running less and our house is warmer as a result of this product. We hope that next summer we will experience a good result in reducing the heat in our attic and saving on our electric bill. December 20, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy installation Very easy to install by myself, no tools needed, great product, saves money on heating and cooling costs. June 17, 2014
