Product Overview

Made from 100% recycled rubber, Envirotile has saved approximately 3 million tires from being sent to the landfill. Due to the nature of recycled materials, the tire rubber will vary from tile to tile. This variance results in each tile's naturally unique color as well as size, equaling up to 1/4 in. size difference from tile to tile. Envirotile is a floating floor system with a patented clipping system (sold separately) that provides the ease of a do-it-yourself application. These tiles can be installed on top of any existing hard surface such as wood, concrete and patio tiles. The floating floor system is an investment; it is simple to pick up your tiles and move them to another location.

  • For use on balconies, patios, rooftops, decks, child play areas and more to create a beautiful floor
  • Each tile weighs approximately 8 lbs., making it light enough to carry by hand but heavy enough to stay put in place
  • Recycled rubber tiles are noise absorbing and anti-fatigue
  • Tiles are weather and frost resistant and do not have to be removed during the winter
  • Non-skid and impact absorbing
  • Easy DIY installation using patented connector clips, see installation guide and video for step-by-step instructions
  • Size variance, rotating the tiles side by side to find the best fit will help to alleviate variance issues
  • $3.55/ sq. ft. equivalent

Customer Questions & Answers

How many 18" x 18" pavers are needed for an area 8' x 18'?

Asked by: Carolina70
18 feet = 12 pavers. 8 feet = 5 pavers plus a 1 foot piece. 12 times 5 equals 60 pavers plus 5 more for last foot. Total 65 pavers or 16 cases plus 1 extra paver.

can this be install in a garage? the garage is a concrete slab

my concern is the mildew underneath after several years.
Asked by: Geisha
This is the answer directly for the Envrotile website. Yes, they can. The ground should be prepared in the same way you would for traditional pavers, bricks and blocks. We recommend removing any grass and excavating 4-6". The ground should then be compacted. We suggest using 1/8"or 1/4" gravel over the ground.

I have a area 13 ftx9ft. How many of these do I need?
Asked by: hoolgh
9 feet divided by 1.5 ft. per tile is 6 tiles wide. 12 feet divided by 1.5 feet is 8 tiles long. the tiles can be cut with a jigsaw or by scoring repeatedly with a utility knife and flexing at the seam made. So 6 x 8 = 48 tiles If you are starting in the center of the room to get equal pieces at each end of the 13 feet, with Bella Rocca you can get (2) 6 inch pieces from each tile to finish each side off. 9 feet is 6 tiles wide so you need (12) 6 inch pieces. That is 6 tiles. Add it all up 48 plus 6 = 54 tiles or 13.5 cases. The tiles are available at my HD store individually or by the case. so 13 cases plus 2 tiles. You will need the same number if you just start at one end of the 9ft area and go across, you will just have a 12 inch piece at the end.

Bella Rocca 18 in. x 18 in. Terra Cotta Paver (4-Case) is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 34.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love and feel great! I put these on my screened in porch. Because they were surrounded by walls and frames I did not need the clips. Had to cut a few at the end, it was easy and I am not strong. Put these in from my wheelchair. Just dropped them in place, used my cane to push them in tight and voila. People go nuts over the new floor. I have no problem using my chair over them or on good days walking on them. Feel great on bare feet and my dogs seem to love laying on them. If an almost 60 yr old woman can install from a wheelchair I would think this proves an easy install if putting over a floor. ( I put over indoor laminate a previous owner had laid.) probably harder over dirt. I am doing the front porch next.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Expensive but worth it. Love these pavers. These rubber tires are great. Just made sure you get someone that knows how to install them. I put them on front porch. Love it. But my installer did not know how to cut them right. The store told me that they could be cut with a box cutter or heavy duty shears but that didn't work. It was super easy once a neighbor suggested a zig saw. Also the big big problems were Home Depot said online only. Then I found them in the store for less, and no shipping charges. Home depot is wrong! I paid 2.00 more plus shipping online, this was not fair. Plus the delivery man want more money to bring them to my door. Check out store first. Online did not work for me.

Strong, durable and great design addition to my home and anyones who would like easy, and beautiful area. Little Expensive, but worth it, as I am a 65 year old woman and I installed them by myself. Thank you Envirotile!!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The finished product looks really nice First off the finished product looks really nice on my back patio. The only down fall is we actually needed a saw to cut the rubber because we tried using two different utility knives used to cut rubber but those did not work very well Also the rubber pavers were uneven which left a few spaces in-between even when the clips were used. Other than that overall I like the look of my patio.

I gave it a 4 star because the openings on the underside of the product do not line up very well when securing the tiles. It takes a little adjusting. Not as easy as the video portrays. But I did order more for another concrete slab in my backyard.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money The product seems great in theory but it just is not worth the effort. Save your money and don't buy the clips. They are difficult to connect and add very little value

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Great. We will see..... Colors between tiles don't match well. Quite a few divots and deep blemishes in the pattern. Hope they hold up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this product! I wanted to perk up old concrete patio slab. Wanted to catch them on sale, but couldn't wait. Pricey at 7.99 each, but I factored in that no adhesive, tools, or installation were needed, it was a great deal. They are odorless, look great, and are secure. Covered ugly slab crack with no problem. Simply swept and cleaned the slab, then set the tiles in place. Bought a few inexpensive brick pavers to place around edging. Whole job took about an hour! Love the idea of recycling, too. Looks great--and within budget!
