CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 7 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great American-made hammer! This hammer is well balanced and high quality. I was happy to find an American-made product was available, and even more pleased when I used it for the first time. I highly recommend this one! February 3, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Tool This is a sturdy, durable tool that helps get the job done effectively. February 1, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by High quality hammer I have owned this hammer for a number of years now and recently purchased it for my sons to add to their tool sets. The Estwing hammer line is a solid tool that should last a lifetime. The handle reduces the vibration to the hand and is very comfortable. My Father owned two and while they have a little surface rust now after so many decades in the basement they are still as functional today as when originally purchased. A couple of years ago I was on a construction site and the hammers were not the solid steel construction of the Estwing. While the wooden, fiberglass or composite hammers are functional (and less expensive) they can not stand up to the abuse that happens over time or with harsh usage. It just confirmed the value and need for high quality basic tools like the Estwing hammer. January 2, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good hammer This is a nice hammer with good balance and a comfortable grip, at a reasonable price. However, it didn't come with an instruction book! (heeheeheehee!) July 29, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New Claw Hammer Unfortunately, standing water ruined my old claw hammer. This is a fine replacement though. June 24, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by best ever drives a 16 penny in two strokes after setting. Well balanced and easy to control. This is a replacement for the same model which I owned for 30 years but was stolen last year May 14, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hammer There's really only so much you can say about a hammer. This one has a nice look, nice balance and feel, and as good looking as a hammer can be. The price is decent and it says a lot when a tool is still made in America. I'd buy it again. February 4, 2014
