Answer:
We do not have rubber tees and elbows, but if you go to your local Home Depot, you should be able to find foam tees and elbows for insulation.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GOOD PRODUCT THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT WAS PERFECT FOR WHAT IT WAS DESIGNED August 5, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pipe insulation Good product for my needs, outdoors pipe protection from sun July 26, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 1" pipe insulation The peel and stick turned loose in numerous spots, so I wrapped it continuous with 2" Gorilla tape around the pipe and should work fine. I was planning on wrapping it anyway. June 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Insulation insulated underground water line. Small price to pay and easy to do to avoid frozen pipes bursting in the winter June 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Has worked well. I like the rubber better than foam The rubber is more flexible than foam. It is more durable as well. Install is easy. I always use some duct/gorilla tape at a few spots to ensure it stays closed though the self stick seems strong. May 17, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by higher quality product Buying this by the box was a reasonably good deal. The rubber should hold up longer compared to the cheaper stuff I used that breaks when touched. December 29, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good value, Easy to install, Soft, Bends well. It is very easy to install and it is very soft (because it is rubber), therefore it bends well for some turns (of course, not sharp ones). But the only problem I have is the self-sealing doesn't work well. It keeps on popping open, and I end up using many cable ties to bind it. I would say, it's too tight if you are using 1" pipe. But it seems loose if you are using 3/4" pipe (and of course, in this case, the self-sealing would not fail). You probably want to get some cable ties or insulation tape if you are using this product on 1" pipes. Oh, by the way, did I say it is still a good value after all? April 20, 2015
