bending aluminum flat bar

Two questions - how easy/hard is it to bend (curve) aluminum flat bar to build a single-bar garden arch? How sturdy or flimsy is this material? I think 96" is too short - how can I bind two together? Thanks!
Asked by: Marie
Hi Marie, Bending aluminum flat bar is fairly easy, bend one piece at a time and then aline them, drill holes and bolt them together. Mike
