We recommend using item # HD-0047-CH (OMSID 205561130) for installing this product. Simply search for the item number or OMSID on Homedepot.com. However, we cannot guarantee how much weight this bracket will hold with studs that are 24" apart.

I had to redrill a hole or two to support a wider bolt - I can't blame the designers for that. It is strong and appears rust proof with good welds. the bracket works fine either orientation - stronger than any other bracket I've bought in the past - the cheap single stamped ones always dip under a low load. Use this one for heavy or important loads

I bought 8 of these to use them as extra support for a kitchen table which I bought and then exchanged the top that came with it for a granite one to match my counters. Since the granite was way to heavy the table was 'wobbly"all the time. These were a great solution.
