Needed an HVAC replacement condensate pump. This one works fine. Installation was easy but required redirection of one of the inlet lines. Not a problem with basic skills.

I have now bought 4 of these cheap pumps - with a one year warranty. It seems that when the warranty expires so does the pump. I'm searching now for a better replacement. I have 16 year old pumps running in my car - why not a simple pump that only runs occasionally. At least this one shows you that it has failed. But replacing pumps (I have three) every year gets real expensive real fast. I highly recommend finding something better, especially if a failure could result in water damage which will cost far more than this cheapo pump.

When condesate moisture builds, it sends it outside of the house.

I was looking for a 1 gallon capacity condensate pump, but you did not have any. And also it was not obvious that a check valve is already installed in the pump. I spent a good while looking for a check valve and you did not have anything in stock or adaptable.

Bought this April 30th, and it quit working May 27th. I didn't think the pump was bad because it was less than 1 month old, but after paying $90.00 for A/C service call I found out it had quit. Due to the failure I had a hall and one bedroon with damaged carpet. This thing was JUNK, and if Home Depot wants to sell JUNK like this made in Vietnam They have lost a valued customer.

This pump was used to replace the original condensation pump installed with the HVAC unit in my hall closet. The original pump was 15 years old and I decided to take a preventive step to replace before it quit. The installation is straightforward and the instructions are clear.
It was a simple swap of the new pump for the old one. Just remember to clamp the drain tube out of the old pump to prevent any backflow from the drain line. When installing the drain tube from the evaporator you will want to ensure that the tube in is cut at an angle per the instructions and that it extends to the bottom of the tank. This will create the best pickup from the tank and maintain a sufficient level of water to prevent it from pumping dry. I had an overfill cut-off on the previously installed pump and this was a direct connection to the Everbilt . The built in check valve is a nice feature and so are the indicator lights. My old unit did not have these.
The pump is pretty quiet. That is nice due the mine being in an interior closet.
