Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 15 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful color The paracord is very well colored and has not run when gotten wet. It adds a beautiful shot of color to any project. August 25, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Buy this rope if you want rope to look nice and don't actually need to use it. I bought this rope to have in case I needed it, for $10 dollars, it was a good buy. Well, I finally needed it to help pull a tree stump that had already been dug up, I was using the rope to pull the stump to the back of my property. The rope kept snapping. That's when I realized that it had a foam core. A totally useless rope. I wouldn't feel comfortable using this rope to hold balloons! May 27, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poorly described, good product This rope has a warning on the package and the product description “ Knots reduce the strength of this rope by 50%. Splicing is preferred”. This would imply that splicing is possible which is why I bought it. IT IS NOT A SPLICABLE ROPE. The description fails to mention that it is a braded solid core rope and this warning suggests that it is something else. However if you need a rope that floats, is fairly flexible, is ½ as strong as it’s rating when tied, stretches about 15%, when at rated load, as BRADED SOLID CORE POLYPROPHOLINE does and 100 ft. is long enough then this is a good choice and is reasonably priced. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Buy I looked around for a while to find a rope that was strong, felt good in the hand, tied well, and didn't break the bank. I couldn't find a product the met all of my criteria better than this one. As the rope is made of polypropylene, it's not perfect. It won't stretch much under load. Depending on your use for it, that can be good or bad. Also, it is degraded by UV light (apparently, only the core is mixed with other synthetic fibers). So, it's not the best if you want a rope that can be left outside in the sunlight for any period of time. I haven't had a reason to test the strength of the rope; but, I have no reason to believe the 244lb. working load rating isn't accurate. Everything considered, I'm pleased with my purchase. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cheap rope, not for real use. Cheap quality rope- fiber stand/foam inner core with a flimsy outer sheath. Not real rope. This lasted 3 months in the Texas sun before it degraded to a stiff powdery mess. NOT for prolonged outdoor use. August 23, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Foam core with a thin sheath to look like real rope This stuff should not be called rope. If the end had been visible I never would have bought it. I tried using it for hammocks but it stretches and stretches. Real junk that is a waste of resources. The funny thing is that the tag says that knots weaken ropes and splices should be used. How do you splice a solid foam core? The sheathing is pretty but is there for looks otherwise you would not buy this " rope". April 18, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for camping tarps Held my heavy-duty tarps in place for 4 days & through heavy rain. Ends melt well. Packaged well for camping. Only drawback: the braid stretches considerably more than the internal fibers. But for the price, these ropes are excellent. July 23, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No complaints! Just what I needed for my jiu jitsu pant draw string. I was able to do about 12 kimonos with no problem. The rope is rather durable for I have had no problems with it being washed & dried after each tranning session. November 7, 2012
