Looking at the way the warning is worded, I would say objects that could take flight with wind conditions.
But that is what I get out of it.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 8 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good purchase for what is needed Have used this product in the past and am presently using it again to 're-rope' my cat condos and scratching posts. It lasts a long time considering the workout my cats give it. Easy to install, and a good price. Much cheaper alternative than replacing the scratching posts. December 15, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Sisal for a Cat Scratching Post I looked at this at my local Home Depot for a long time before deciding to buy it. I couldn't figure out how far it would go up my fence post. 50ft only went about one foot. I did the math, it was more than I wanted to pay for the entire scratch post, I finished the post/scratcher with carpet. Manilla is thicker and sold by the foot at the home depot store, but it has too many oils to be a safe alternative for cats. The Sisal specifications say that it will mildew in wet. Florida is very humid. I have this near a bathroom. It's attached so it can be removed. October 30, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Used for many cat scratching posts Me and my mom have been making our cats scratching posts and towers for years out of this stuff. Kind of expensive to wrap a whole tower, but still cheaper than buying a pre-made tower. You can get all of the stuff to make a cat tower for under $50 at Home Depot, instead of paying $100's at Petsmart/Petco/etc. Just look up DIY Cat tower or DIY Cat scratching post. November 4, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by It's rope. What did you expect? Bought this rope to make a super high cat scratching post (~4.5 feet) because it makes my girlfriend happy and makes me feel like more of a man (except for the "cat scratching post" part). Anyway, has held up for a few months already and that little demon hangs on it all the time (the cat, not the girlfriend--although I imagine she just doesn't have the nail strength either way). All-in-all, it's rope, and it acts like rope, so I think that pretty much means I got what I paid for in the grand scheme of things. January 31, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Easy fix My cats had shredded the rope on their old but very sturdy scratching post. Replacement posts were both flimsy and expensive so I just re-wrapped the old post with the sisal. Cheap, easy, and happy cats. September 17, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Worked well for what I needed. Used this sisal to re-wrap my cat's scratching post. It was easy to wrap around the post and held well when knotted. It was an excellent value for the price. My cat is very happy with it, too. November 29, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by What can I say, it's sisal rope! Nothing fancy, use it for wrapping the cat tree. Although, they've told me they think it is great for climbing and scratching! May 8, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Product Good Product and worked very well. Used to make scratching pole for cats. November 17, 2011
