Answer:
The thread is definitely 7/16-14, a particularly hard to find thread when it comes to the necessary hardware.

Rated 3.3 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NOT 3/8 THREAD! The information online for this item is WRONG. The thread on this item is 7/16-14, not 3/8! Home Depot doesn't even sell a 7/16-14 T-nut so you wont even able to use this item unless you have those available. Truly I'm sure these would have been great wheels if they stocked the right T-nut for them but NO ONE in my town has a 7/16-14. I'm really annoyed to have spent 40 minutes driving around today to find this out. I'm going to have to go back to Home Depot AGAIN and waste another 40 minutes to return these and find ones that work. Really, really frustrating. June 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good wheels Put them on and they worked as I expected. Installation was easy August 26, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Does NOT have a 3/8-16 stem. I picked up 4 of these for a shop cart I'm making. The clerk had trouble finding nuts to fit on them, but found a loose one that did fit in a m10-1.0 bin. I bought 4 m10 nuts (packaged so I couldn't test them) but found out when I got home they do NOT fit either. Measuring with my digital caliper the threads are 10.8mm diameter, and close to 7/16". They look to have 14 threads per inch. I have no idea what nuts to use on these casters. July 20, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works as expected. Stem is 7/16 - 14 TPI (coarse) Stem is 7/16 - 14 TPI (coarse). HD sells the right nuts but in 4-pack not bulk. August 17, 2013
