Customer Reviews

Rated 3.0 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Awful packaging Trying to get mine out of the package with all of my strength. The plastic is thick and wraps around the handle. I've used several sharp tools and accidentally scratched it. Still can't get it off and my hands are cut up from the sharp edges. Also, in the process of trying to pull, the handle's screw is coming loose. Just beware that it's not a walk in the park like the push plates. Seriously April 1, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Heavy Duty and Sturdy This pull plate is just what I needed for our back door. Sometimes on windy days the wind will grab the door almost out of my hand. After installing this pull plate I no longer have to worry about this. The only downside is the screws that come with the pull plate are extremely short and I had to buy longer screws. Easy to install, sits flush with the door. Very convenient. Strong and heavy duty. March 20, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Embarrassing This is one of the worst products I've purchased from Home Depot. Seems like a hard thing to mess up, but the plate is so thin that it pulls away from the door, except for where the screws are located. I thought about glueing it, but don't want to ruin the face of my door just in case I decide to go with a different pull later. The thing is already warped looking as the thin metal bends between the screws. I noticed on most websites there's a standard thickness for these plates. Whatever that is, this product sure isn't.
