A:  Hello and thank you for your question regarding our Everbilt 4in x 2 ft Aluminum Pipe. Yes this product can be cut to fit a between elbows. Please endure that you use tin snips and protective gloves when cutting this product. I would also suggest using Aluminum foil tape to seal both ends.

A:  Yes you can cut to fit the space between the elbows. I use a heavy pair of scissors to cut to the size needed. But remember which end you need for your application.

Not much to say, this is exactly what they say it is, it's a quality product and it worked great for running our dryer vent through the wall (you can't see the pipe in the pictures because it's inside the wall) so we could utilize the vent already in the garage. The quick connects worked great as well and the whole thing came out like we had hoped!

This Everbilt duct section worked great. It is the 4 inch size, and 2 feet long. It is made of aluminum, and is perfect for my gas hot water heater vent pipe. It is easy to work with, it can easily be cut with regular tin snips if needed. I have also, in the past used this same 4 inch pipe for my dryer vent and also for 2 of my bathroom exhaust fans.

This is a sheet of aluminum which easily snaps together to form a four-inch diameter duct. The part snaps together very easily, to me a bit easier than a similar part in steel. Note that this part is aluminum while most HVAC ducting parts are sheet metal steel, and you notice this right away considering how light this item is. I'm not sure how significant the difference is, just note that it is of a different material than is what is typically used in HVAC installations.

I received the EVERBILT 4 IN. X 2 FT. ALUMINUM PIPE, SILVER to test for Home Depot. I used it to replace my existing dryer vent. It was easy to assemble. I wish it was a heavier gauge metal though. It think that it will be fine as I not using it for heating or cooling. I felt like I should tape the seams to insure that I didn't get lint in the laundry area. I also used the EVERBILT 90 degree elbow to complete the installation.

This is a review of Everbilt's Product P4E20HD aluminum duct. What can I say? When you need it, you need it. The sheet measures 0.010" thick and 24" long [that includes the 1.5" fluted portion at one end. If you've never 'assembled' this type of pipe, it's easy ... very much like engineered flooring. With the two edges somewhat parallel, you compress the soon-to-be duct along the seam lengthwise and 'dive the 'tongue into the "groove" and ease off the compression. [Reverse the process to uncouple.] Note: this is not flue material; best [only] application would be dryer ducting [tape the joints].

About as complicated as a cucumber. Works fine on a low-stress application.

Extremely thin. No packing so all were damaged in store by rough handling. Took a lot of time to straighten out the best available one.
