I am looking for a sisal twine that is NOT treated with oil and fungicide. Your product carries a California Proposition 65 warning. Does that mean that is does carry oil and fungicide, even though it says "biodegradable and recyclable"?

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't buy this !!!! I had to replace my empty spool of sisal twine & bought a roll this. First of all the spool was much smaller than my old one . The diameter of this twine is extremely small & breaks easily. I attempted to bundle some branches & the twine broke as soon as I tried to pull it tight. I am returning this today & will buy a larger diameter twine elsewhere. October 30, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Value We use this product for multiply jobs. The most important one is for smoking our hives. It is all natural which we need. Works great for what we need it for. July 16, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Worked Great I used this to trellis tomatoes. I wanted something that was biodegradable, strong, and lasted a long time. July 22, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rope making project for the Scouts! Accessable, worth the price, strong fiber, just what I was looking for! Cheap take home project for scouts. Made ropes and whipped the ends, promoted working together and some tug of war! August 22, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Sisal Twine Used this as a very economical pull string in PVC electrical conduit to pull some CAT5E cables with. Worked fairly well. Make sure you're pulling through long sweep electrical 90's in your conduit. Not sure it would have the strength to pull through short sweeps (plumbing). May 22, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good for rough purposes the rope good enough for rough purposes but the roll has a lot of flaws and splices that make sections unusable July 7, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by as expected It's twine - and seems quite strong. I got tired of buying smaller rolls, so I decided to get a lifetime supply for a good price. I'm glad I did. June 27, 2011
