This works great when your doing heavy loads, (jeans, blankets, towells) however sheets only , allows the sheets to swing up and around the clothes line which makes it hard to pull in the line to get things off, but that really is a wind mother nature problem more than the line separator not doing its job. I would recommend this to anyone who still hangs clothes out to dry.

Product is good for the money. Next time I would buy a stronger one.

Great product. This saved our clothesline from becoming overly stretched when a full load is added to the line. We have a relatively small line, 25', and I purchased four units thinking we would only use three and the extra one could be used in case one fell and broke.
We ended up using all four to help retain the line.
The one problem we experienced is that the separators tend to fall off when they're next to the pulley on an empty line.
Definitely worth it though and we'll buy more at Home Depot when we install a second and third line.

These do what I want while hanging clothes on a line BUT, they don't stay on the line and often fall when removing clothes etc. Would up using duct tape to close openings and thus able to leave on the line and yet use completely.

Looked 'everywhere' for these clothes line separator's and Home Depot was the only place I could find them. I ordered them online and they were ready for me to pick up when I got to the store. Love them and use them all the time. Very sturdy. And excellent value!

I remember my mother having the old wooden type of clothesline separators. I did not think they were even available anymore. These are plastic, but work well.
