Customer Reviews

Rated 1.0 out of 5 by 12 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rollers Not good for a heavy door. They wore out within a month...worse than ones I took off. Bad news. These rollers are not any good, especially for a heavy door. They wore out in less than a month. Bearings came out. Save you time and money, buy them elsewhere, a commercial grade.. August 4, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Junk. Wore out in six months in my home garage Had to replace in six months. Just a standard home garage door May 25, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Total junk, try a different brand, I can't believe any others would be worse I bought these rollers after one of the originals failed on our door, then bought another pair (because the Depot is convenient to our home) after the first ones only lasted a few months each. It seems a few months is their normal life, not 12000cycles like their specs claim. If I remember correctly the original was damaged because a spring broke, the rest are all still functioning after at least 16 years on the job. I rated them average for appearance because they look ok in the package, and for installation because any roller is easy to install. Poor value at almost any price due to poor quality. I wouldn't recommend these unless you like replacing them every few months after they come apart and derail your door. March 22, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by They Won't Last I didn't check any of these reviews before installing these rollers. 8 of the 10 rollers on my door have been working for 25 years. I replaced 2 of them last spring with these. The wheels popped off in less than 6 months. Save your time and money, and get the better rollers on line (Ideal brand) from Home Depot, or go to another store for this hardware item. September 8, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by You get what you pay for Please listen to all these reviews. These rollers are garbage. I failed to listen and bought these cheap rollers, 2 months later I'm buying the better quality ones. Save yourself time and hassle - don't ever buy these. July 16, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't believe that this works for 12,000 times It probably works for 50 times. It is not well made and I am surprised that the market does not offer better rollers. It costs me $500 to repair to replace all rollers with this brand but the bearing is already loosened and starting to pop out. I think I opened the garage door may be 50 times or less. The repair man says that their is no other alternative but to replace these rollers often. Again, it doesn't work 12,000 times. Don't believe it. November 3, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worthless!!! They look good and work good... for a short while. Everyone of these I've installed failed within a year, some sooner. Fine for a quick fix on a Sunday, but otherwise worthless. June 10, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Waste of time and money These rollers are a simple install like every other roller but they dont last long at all! I installed these a couple months ago and they all need to be replaced again. The wheels started to loosen on the shaft soon after install and now they are starting to pop off. I have an impact garage door living in FL which makes it heavier so if thats what you have dont bother with these, they wont last. November 12, 2012
