Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Door Stop This type of stop is much better than the type that comes with some sliding door harware sets for heavy sliding doors because you can bend the metal guide with a couple of pipe wrenches out to catch the door, if it is warped or swings out from the wall. Smaller door stops which come with some of the sliding door hardware are too small to catch the door effectively. This saves you from having to use an extra bottom roller to hold the door back which costs a lot more. October 13, 2010
