Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by SethWest1 An excellent Value
Cranked on the first pull. Very powerful; much mores so than my previous 2600. The only issue I have is that the rubber stoppers seem to be wearing down already. This is from when the machine is idle and bouncing around. Also there was a screw missing for gun holster which after a quick phone call, was sent to me. Overall, an amazing value and simple enough that my kid can help.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bill worst product ever. I do not understand high ratings
Pressure washer came with missing screws and washers which I need to purchase to complete assembly. Then the pressure washer would not start, After 30 minutes of pulling the cord, I called the manufacture that told me I could take it to the nearest warranty center to determine if is was defective or I broke it. I told them that it was brand new and that I did not want to wait several weeks for a repair. He said I had no other options because once I put gas in it, it was no longer returnable. Luckily, the people at my local Home Depot were more reasonable and returned the product and told me that most of these pressure washers are returned. Don't believe the good ratings...this product is a lemon with red paint on it.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Deric Brand New: Doesn't Start...
Brand new 3100 PSI Pressure Washer never started. I tried for about 30 minutes, then had to find a way to bring it to Home Depot. Once at Home Depot a tech also tried to start it, but couldn't. The tech thought it may be the gasket We took the spark pug out and never saw a spark. (Of course Home Depot doesn't carry this spark plug).
I decided to return it
I'll buy another brand next time!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by jimbo Review of Excell 3100
I had bought this pressure washer after a long time searching for the best washer for the price, I thought I had found the "one", so
I ordered it online. delivery took 8_10 days, on the day of delivery, I put it together and much to my surprise, it would not start or even turnover. this is after following all the start up directions to the letter, I tried for about a week to get it started but still had no luck of getting it started. I called manufacturer and they wanted me to take it to a certified repair for warranty, only problem the closes one was about 35 miles away. this was just to far. so I took it back to home depot with no problem at all. so I am still looking.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by co1234 pressure washer
this seems to be a good pressure washer, but I do not think it hits 3100 psi. it cleans well and can strip paint off bricks, wood siding and decks. I got an extension pressure hose to make bigger jobs a little more easy.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by jivinjames dissapointed
Did not listen to original reviews posted of poor starting problems.
Started well first time, but restarts after period of running was intermittent at best.
Used several starting tricks with choke and gas supply, but nothing worked every time.
Was frustrated at times. Best policy was to let rest for some time and try to restart later.
Would recommend an auto or electric start for future customers.
An additional problem exists with the front stabilizing pods. Due to running vibrations the unit wanders
on hard surfaces leaving black rubber trails on patio--not good!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bobby Good product Great price can't beat it. I looked
Was missing essential bolts had to pick up somethingn that would work from hardware isle. But aside from that Great Product, we use it on a comercial scale in a busy shop and it preforms well.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Happy It seems like a decent Power Washer, But...
The box arrived in a timely manner, and was not damaged. All the parts we're in the box and assembly was easy. It started on the fourth pull and has gotten easier since. It does work well but it doesn't seem to live up to the 3100 PSI. The main reason I am unhappy is that the soap line does not draw any soap. I have diluted the soap, cleaned the ends and tube, I have removed the spring and steel ball and cleaned it out, using the black tip only. I feel I shouldn't have to do any cleaning out since it is brand new. I did find residual plaque in it. None of it seems to make it work. Other than taking the whole thing apart, I would not recommend this product and I will return it immediately.
