Product did not cure as stated on instructions. Once Dried it came off easily with minor wear, this was put on an indoor screen room, had it been on a driveway my tires would have totally removed it. Applied as stated in the instructions, also read all the reviews here and elsewhere, mixed many times when applied. Its been down a few weeks now, and you can see where regular patio chairs are leaving marks, that can not be removed via cleaning. Not happy with my experience, and really not happy now that I have to pay to remove this product. High humidity makes drying time many days, not hours.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Wayne Great product, better than expected, just make sure it's mixed properly.
Walkway and porch concrete was stained and looked old. This product did a really nice job of renewing the finish and made it look like fresh concrete had just been poured. As good as advertised, very pleased. Good nonskid surface due to abrasive sand in the product. Did a great job covering stains and appears to be very durable. It is very important to have the product mixed for at least 5-10 minutes. Manufacturer recommends up and down motion, not centrifugal spin mixing. The first container we purchased was mixed only about 2 minutes after tinting and had 3" of solid sand compacted on the bottom. Did not realize this until the container was nearly empty. We returned the product with no problems and had the next batch mixed properly. We used a mixer designed for 5-gal buckets and that helped ensure the sand was mixed in properly. Even though the product comes in a 5-gal bucket, it is actually only 4 gallons of product, which makes mixing easier and less messy. Coverage is about 120 sq ft per container, 2 coats recommended, dries quickly, easy cleanup with water. Be sure to use the appropriate roller. Full roller only spreads about 2' of product, slow going but worth the effort. End result is exactly what we had hoped for.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by DLMDIY Expensive mess
I used the product to cover my concrete pool patio last year and followed all of the manufactures recommendations for prep and application. To begin with the coverage is terrible. Plan to use at least 3x what the instructions call for. Also, this didn't hold up at all over the winter. It's pealing up in sandy chunks leaving a horrible mess. I now have to pay someone to come out, scrape it up and resurface the concrete. I'm so mad.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by Robert Used 22 Buckets (4 Gal) on my driveway
I have a lot of concerns with the product. The product must be mixed with a drill mixer thruout the spreading process and must be mixed at HD for at least 10 minutes otherwise the sand settles and it takes more time to mix with the drill mixer at home. The coverage was about 1/2 the estimated coverage for the bucket (4 gal). Also, after the drying time (1 week) the lawnmover left tirer marks on the surface that were hard to remove. Based on the cost and the coverage you may want to use their Garage floor paint since it was great and after 5 years still looks good and cleans up easily.
Would not recommend this for driveways since it marks easily and is difficult to clean
