It is recommended to attached acrylic mirror to a flat hard surface using any standard construction adhesive. Make sure to follow adhesive manufacturer's instructions on how to apply and spread to the sheet. You can also use standard "mirror clips or anchors" used to hang glass mirrors, however, acrylic is flexible and using this method could create slight distortion giving the mirror a "fun house" Read More

1. I am a teacher and am looking for a mirror material that I can cut into small mirrors ( 2" X 2.5") for example, that will be safe for children to use.
2. Children can make kaleidoscopes using 3, 3/4" X 8" pieces of mirror placed inside a cardboard tube. Can the acrylic be scored and folded? or would I have to tape the 3 pieces together, to make a triangle?

If you use a circular saw blade you need to make sure that the sheet is clamped down securely so that it does not shift which could crack the sheet. Use a fine tooth (carbide if possible) blade.
