Product Overview

The FARMGARD 39 in. x 300 ft. Field Fence is perfect for containing farm livestock, and features smaller mesh openings near the ground to prevent hoof injuries from animals stepping through the fence. The fence is manufactured using Class 1 galvanized steel, woven rather than welded, with expansion crimps to help the fence stretch and conform to the terrain.

  • Galvanized steel for strength and class 1 zinc coating for weather protection
  • Hinged joint wire construction adds stability and flexibility
  • 12.5-Gauge mesh wire fill with 10-Gauge top and bottom wire to resist sagging
  • 3 wraps on the top and bottom horizontal wires to provide maximum strength
  • Horizontal mesh openings are 6 in. long with smaller to larger graduated vertical openings
  • Meets or exceeds ASTM standards for metallic-coated steel-woven fence fabric

Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 10 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not expensive, but limits on its use. I bought a roll because of the price. This is strong but flimsy fencing. You need a lot of posts to hold it up. My Nubian does walked right over it without electric wires. Granted it didn't break, but it doesn't hold determined animals on its own - you'd need to run strings of hot wire top and bottom.. I would buy it for chickens, small dogs, garden - but it won't hold full sized goats and probably won't keep determined predators out unless you add hot wires. February 20, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Keeps the big dogs in the yard. Got this to keep three large dogs in an acre yard. They would crawl thought the openings when they were small puppies but now that there bigger it works great July 28, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by was not what I expected I have no clue what to say about this, as it is so much over kill, and not what I thought I was getting. LOL I can't even lift the roll, so it is still just sitting in the driveway right where I left it when me, and my neighbor, managed to get that heavy thing out of the backseat. But, it sure looks heavy duty, so I have offered it to a friend to keep elk out of his garden. March 25, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Better than anticipated I live in a wooded area and needed a fence to help keep my wondering bulldog corralled AND keep the wildlife out (coyote, fisher cat, deer). This fencing is PERFECT. Easy to set up, and looks like it will last as long as I'll be around. May 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very strong product we used this to fence our dogs. The posts were spread 12 ft apart, this mesh was applied over the rail pipe fence. It is very very strong. Because the holes were very large (starts small and gradually gets larger), we applied another mesh inside it 3 ft high - the smaller dogs were able to squeeze thru. It's a GREAT value, cheapest I could find for the quality, works great, looks great. October 29, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for gardens Great product for beans to run up and making tomatoes baskets. July 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good product Fence looks goods and works well. Used as a property line border, attaching it to t-posts with fence clips. Product description is incorrect though. It is not 39' x 300'. Description should be 4' x 330'. July 17, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Please Correct the Specs on this fencing.!.!.!. ... According to the Specs it's either: 42" or 39" high and 330 feet long... I wish someone would check these summaries and correct these specs... TY ... March 16, 2012
