Answer:
Fein also makes a round adapter disc that goes on first, then your blade goes on top of the disc.
The disc cost less than $3.00 at Home Depot.
Note: Both Dremel and Bosch make these adapter disc however I've bought one from each of them and they don't fit on the Fein. Once I bought the Fein all my other branded blades fit fine...So make sure you get the adapter disc from Fein.

Answer:
Short answer: YES.
Long answer: Most Dremel attachments are now "Universal Fit" and will fit any oscillating multi-tool. If the blade/attachment has a "Plus Sign" in the middle of the fitting cutout, it will fit the Fein.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fein brand is always a good purchase Had original model for many year . Used it hard. Finally had to replace it. New model works just as well. Tried other models, I find that Fein is still the best

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't Be Happier With This Tool! Love it, Love it !!! Initially I bought another Multi-Tool. It was the orange Rid**** one that has interchangeable heads for $99.00. I didn't care about the changeable heads, but it was from a known great quality Manufacture, and I love the other tools I have from them...But not this one. Once I started using it, it vibrated horribly, bogged down when cutting through some wood, and had a loud high pitched sound when in use. It just screamed "cheap"! I packed it up and brought it back to Home Depot. Prior to returning it at Home Depot, I read all the reviews for the Multi-Tools carried by Home Depot, and had it narrowed down to a few. When I got to the store, and "played" with each one, for the most part, they either felt heavy, off balance, had awkward switch / dial placements, or looked cheap. I then got to the Fein...When I picked it up, it fit my hand like a glove! It felt nice and balanced, the switch and speed adjustment dial were all within easy reach, and there was nothing about this tool that looked like corners were cut to lower the price. I had some tile work to do and needed to remove a bunch of grout from several tiles. Once I started using this multi-tool, it was a sight for sore eyes! I absolutely love the soft start feature. Instead of hitting the selected speed right from the start, and jumping around, it starts of slow to reach your speed. Using this tool, I didn't experience it bog down once...It just kept cutting along perfectly, nor did it vibrate beyond what one would normally expect, or be exceptionally loud. Having an extra long 16 foot cord is marvelous to have. For the most part, it's sufficient enough to not have to connect an extension cord. The included soft carry bag is really nice to have over the hard shell one. Inside the soft bag, there's a zippered pouch that holds all my accessories fine, and is large enough of a bag to hold numerous other things without crowding for room. This tool comes with a one-year warranty, but registering it online qualifies you for an additional 2-years. I really don't care what "opinions" other people may have about Fein Multi-Master's being overpriced and that there are other companies having better Multi-Tools out there. I know from using this tool that their opinions are dead wrong! It's apparent those opinions are based on the fact they don't own one of these Fein's. Once the patent expired that Fein held on their Multi-Master's, everyone jumped on board the band wagon creating their own version of a Multi-Tool. I must say that the majority of these are cheaply made, and manufactured in China. With the Fein manufactured in Germany, one can very easily see and feel the difference that having a focus on quality really means. Well worth every penny getting this tool. Go into Home Depot, and try all of them out, I'm almost sure you will walk away with a good feeling about the Fein line. Highly recommended!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Original and Probably Best Oscillating Tool! Much quieter than others. The quick release is incredibly easy and fast. SOFT start is a really nice feature! Motor starts slowly from nothing up to full speed over about 2-3 seconds. You will like this for many reasons. VERY long power cord means you might never need an extension cord. Virtually vibration free- if your hands ever get numb or tingly using other oscillating tools, that won't happen with the Fein. A bit smaller than most other brands so it's easier to maneuver.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good while it lasted My Fein 350Q worked great until it died recently. I bought it a little over a year ago, unfortunately I missed the 6 week window to extend my warranty to 3 years. My previous Bosch lasted a lot longer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the quality I expected I had looked at this tool for a long time before finally running into a project that would make the purchase worth. Out of the box, I can't say i was too happy to find that then end of one of the handles on the bag was pretty much ripped off. But, I can get my fiance to fix it. So I broke it out to sand down a door stop. Took all of 10 minutes, and while it was working, I noticed that the sanding pad was starting to come off. When I looked, I guess the heat had melted the hooks on the base? So, kind of shocked really, that this kind of stuff started after a few minutes of use. At any rate, i'm not willing to throw in the towel on it, but as I stated in my title, it isn't the quality I expected. For $199, I would think that it would have been better. There were several others next to this at the store that were much cheaper. My suggestion is to go with one of them in lieu of spending the extra money for the name.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow, I never knew how much I have needed a tool like this Having never used a Multi-Master but seen them in use, I found a project that would benefit from such a cut off tool. First cut I made, I was a bit giddy at how much time and fuss the saw saved me. Its so cool! A must have for anyone who does remodeling. I installed a tile entry way and needed to trim a few pieces of staircase trim, and couple doors. Point and Shoot. Done.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not live up to reputation I purchased a Fein Multimaster after burning through a handfull of multitools from HF the Chinese junk store. I bought Fein because of a good reputation. The first one lasted a month. I returned it to Home Depot and exchanged it for a new one. The new one lasted 2 months and Home depot would not accept a return on it. The tools were not mishandled or abused just used as they were intended. I turned the tool in to Home Depot repair service for repair( under warranty) They sent it to Fein almost 3 months ago. they keep telling me its awaiting parts. I personally cannot see how this company (Fein) received such a good reputation, I wouldn't own another Fein tool on a bet. If they ever get mine repaired I'm going to sell it while it's still running to some some poor unsuspecting sucker and go back to the Chinese junk store. For under $30.00 I can buy a multi tool that will last longer than both my Feins. Fein- expensive + unreliable + terrible customer service + no parts available = piece of junk in my book.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best on the market far superior to the other brands. The quality.warranty, and workmanship. worth the extra money. Don't waste your money on the others they don't even come close.
