How many can pair up

I need a in door can rec as I have a outdoor rec but want to see them both on the same system

first bought the unit worked perfect. Now It is very difficult to sync unit back up with Router,auto record is grayed out. Camera is next to router.

The two things, Wifi sync and auto record may or may not be linked. Auto record being grayed out can be due to three things, it being turned off, the camera being either in Action/Car mode, or the camera not detecting/having an SD card installed. As I am guessing you are also not able to turn the auto recording back on it leaves the two later options to check. Connecting it to either the indoor, or outdoor bases will take it out of either of the modes that suppress auto record and it'll return to the previous setting. The sports case (which is active mode) and dash mount (Car Mode that disables Wifi) expect motion so they both disable and prevent you from changing motion recording settings. For the SD cards, one is required for event recording. For detection issues you can try formatting it from settings, but you may need to eject it and push it back in to get to where you can do this. Its possible you would have to format it outside the camera and then re-format it after the camera detects it in some cases also. The Wifi syncing issue could be a variety of things. If you haven't changed the Wifi password the camera should remember the last network you told it to connect to and reconnect when in range as long as the camera is in the green cloud mode. Its possible you will need to use direct (orange) mode to get into the camera settings to troubleshoot poor signal strength, or simply to update the Wifi password. Some documentation is available on to help with this. i need to mount it on indoor wall don't see any way on the mount to do this ?

The bottom of the indoor base comes with 2 mounting screw holes. The kit includes the screws, as well as a 2nd mounting base.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Consistently unreliable We've been using this camera for two days now. We consistently have trouble maintaining a connection to it. First, to log into the app on your smart phone, you need an internet connection, even if you want to do a direct connection to the camera. Once you are logged into the app, you can disconnect from the web and do the direct connection to the camera. What a hassle. It seems like it is down more than it is up. I think Flir's web system was having trouble last night because we got booted out from the camera, tried to log in again and we couldn't for about 3 hours. They we could finally reconnect to the web app and then to the camera. But even maintaining a camera connection has been difficult and we're within 30 feet of the camera. Also, it keeps trying to auto record things to the cloud. We don't want that and have turned off all auto record options and it still tries to auto record. Then we try and stop the recording and it says it can't and it keeps recording.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing camera and works well for security This camera has beyond exceeded my expectations for what it can do. We desperately needed a camera at our work for security and it turned out to be so much more. It has wonderful video and audio quality and has helped us to further train employees based on how they interact with a customer. It also helps us verify our employees hours and make sure they showed up on time. The recap feature is even more amazing and helps me get a feel for how many customers that actually walk in the door. We have them installed at both of our locations and I will continue to use them at each future location that we own. I recommend this to anyone who needs a security camera or basic camera for monitoring. The audio/motion detection hasn't failed. I noticed the thermostat seems a bit off but it may be due to the heat coming off the camera as it does get warm.
