Rated 2.8 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Can not remove logo, overpriced It is hard to retrieve software from FLIR site, and yet FLIR logo on images impossible to remove. PDF reports are not pretty, but customizable. All in all, will not recommend this device to my friends and colleagues. April 23, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Didn't last two weeks before problems. FLIR i7 when working was easy to use and took good photos. However, I was only able to use it on two audits until the battery stopped charging. I've contacted FLIR and had good response time, but there is no repair service in my town of San Antonio TX a large city, which means I have to ship it for repairs and I'm out of business till it’s returned estimating two to three weeks which equals about $1800 missed. This is a costly tool, to have it repaired so soon is tragic since it's an important part of my business. When it’s time for the next purchase I’ll be considering another company. September 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great TI for $2,000 Have used this for over 4 years w/o any issues. The software needs to be updated but at this point, there are more advanced IR cameras w/ wiFi capabilities and many more features. October 23, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very lightweight that is a plus when you carry multiple tools Limited color change ,the wrist strap is nearly impossible to attach. The fluke camera has more to offer for the same price But it is a bulky and heavy unit. September 24, 2013
