Answer:
This unit can be wired from either end, your option. The knockouts for power supply are numerous on this heater. One located on the end of the heater, one on the center of the junction box and also this unit has a built in cable clamp at the bottom of the heater. The last two are used when wiring comes out of the wall and the end KO would normally be used to connect the heater to emt.

Answer:
This is the 240 volt model, which is also standard residential voltage. The F2513 would be the 120 volt model.

Answer:
You do not want to disassemble this unit to use the sheet metal parts. It would be easier to replace the old unit with the new unit.

Rated 2.5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by User-UNFRIENDLY Of all the DIY projects I have ever done (Ive done a ton), this has just been the worst. This company builds the baseboard and the switch you have to buy to use it. 1) the baseboard insructions tell you to refer to the switch instructions then 2) the switch wiring diagram is so absolutely useless I had to go to youtube. And after that it was still not hooked up right until the third try. Then the holes in the back all have to punched out and none are in a convenient location. Then the switch (again built by same company) doesnt match up properly with the edges of the baseboard and screwing the darn thing back on was just a nightmare. I wouldnt recommend either of these products to anyone. Totally user UNFRIENDLY. October 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Easy replacement baseboard heater Heater was easy to install and looks good in the room. Only thing to be aware of is that when you use it for the first time open a window. It set off my smoke detector and has a strong smell until it burns off what ever is left on the unit from the factory. April 9, 2015
