Asked by: 6465
Hello and thank you for your interest in our product. The Traditional 5 Lay-in ceiling panel is designed to be installed into a preexisting grid system, we do however have this tile available in a 2x4 panel that can be adhered directly to the existing ceiling. Does anyone know if it would be possible to use these as kitchen countertops? Thanks!

I am thinking about laying these down over a plywood base as kitchen countertops. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!

Hello and thank you for your interest in our product. The panels are made of a PVC thermal plastic durable material, however we do not recommend installing them as a countertop as the panels can become scratched with constant contact. Please feel free to contact our customer care team at 800.434.3750 for any further questions or needed assistance. Thank you!
