Good for cutting small circles?

This question is from FatMax Straight Cut Compound Action Aviation Snips

I have read where at least one person claims these will cut left, rigth, and straight...

I plan to cut 6" diameter holes into 10" and 8" round, rigid (28 gauge) ducts.
Will the tight (6") diameter cuts on rather small (8 and 10") mains be a problem for this tool?

Am I better off getting a left/right set?
This is for a new install, so I can get all around the duct. Thanks

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great snips Wish I had bought these years ago. They work great! October 4, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not for finish work. Not good for grid ceilings. The tip doesn't give a clean cut. August 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just what I needed These were just what I needed. I lost my other pair at work. These were perfect. Great price too. April 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Left, Right, Straight Snips! Contrary to the description, these snips will actually cut left, right and straight (you can see the three directions on the snips in the enlarged picture). There's no need for three kinds of snips in your tool box anymore! I recently bought these to install a cold-air return and they did the trick. They cut very well, and are the most comfortable snips I've ever used. They'll cut through some plastics as well as thick ducting, making them very versatile. Stanley's done it again!
