The full light Feather River entry door added beauty and value to our home. It was relatively east to install. It was installed by a contractor that just installs doors and windows. The primer looks like it was dipped in plastic polymer. It has a beautiful gloss white coating, very professionally done and looks so good I didn't want to paint it. Although, I will so as to maintain the warranty. Once it was in, I can't overstate its great looks. Great door! Great Value! I recommend it to anyone trying to enliven the entry to their home. If the construction of this double entry door is an example of Feather River workmanship, I don't think anyone in the market for doors should go anywhere else. I could have paid 2 1/2 to 5 times as much for a similar door.

Door broken at top of frame(only had one screw holding it for shipping). Holes weren't drilled for celing and floor locks either. Glue seeping out onto glass. I wish I could add photos to this review. I was expecting a cheap door for the money, but not junk like this.
I am very disappointed.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stargater Nice doors, worth the price, but weird hardware needed
I LOVED the look of these doors, they seem much more expensive than they are. Quality control is missing in this product however, the interior caming is "crooked" and the company making them SHOULD have caught this. Also, and WORSE is the pre-drilled FOUR HOLES for doors knobs, YET you CANNOT use working knobs on each side or the throws hit each other. Every other double door I have ordered has had just TWO predrilled holes. That makes sence. I have shopped ALL OVER trying to find knobs that will work. Even HOME DEPOT online services doesnt make them. SO??? I had to make up a fix - and buy several set ups. One doors handle for one side, a non-working knobs for the other side and then I had to buy a "dummy" fake plate for the remaining upper hole. Weirdest thing ever and I wold recommend this company to STOP DRILLING 4 HOLES!!!! With that said and a couple weeks of pure frustration, I'd still recommend these doors for this price.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Olenka EXCELLENT PURCHASE
This door was really easy to install it. It already came with drilled holes and it fitted to perfection in my front entry. Love the elegant design, and durable material. It was the perfection election.

The doors arrived unprotected and filthy. The craftsmanship was subpar; screws weren'tcovered the paint job was like a graders school art project. Took almost two weeks for homedepot to come get the doors. I will continue to shop at Home Depot but not for doors.

These doors are so beautiful. They look much more expensive than they actually are. When they were delivered to my front yard, my neighbors actually commented they liked my masterpiece. The light that comes through is great and they still offer some privacy. Love these and would highy recommend. Quality score was a 4 because they are quite light weight - they don't feel as expensive as they look.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Gater Nice door but oddly built
For nearly $1100, they need to hire better builders. Quality control was lacking. Overall it's a gorgeous door, but when you start looking at the details… Things like the silver lead in the leaded glass inserts, which at the top of one of my doors is visually crooked… And the silicone that they use to seal around the window trim is oozing out all over the glass. If I had been able to see the store in person instead of ordering it through a picture, I would've moved onto a different door. It's extremely heavy and I wasn't present when it was installed otherwise I might've considered bringing it back. But when I returned from another trip to Home Depot, my helpers had already installed it.
Another oddity that I have never before and countered with a prehung door, is that the trim comes preinstalled over the door jam on the exterior. You don't insert the door into your opening and level it and then use your own trim to cover the edge. It has preinstalled molding whether you like it or not.
I'm not sure if this is some special thing that I was unaware of when I ordered it, or if all of the doors come like this. It made it more difficult to install I understand.
