For a right hand inswing configuration; Is the left side door fixed & permanently unmoveable?

Or does the left side door have slide looks into door frame at top and bottom such that the left side door could also be fully opened.... such as to facilitate delivery of furniture, or large appliances?

Answer: 
Double Door: One door is considered Active and the other door Inactive. The doorway will be unobstructed if both doors are open. The inactive door will have an astragal attached to the slab which has flush bolts at the top and bottom. These secure into the head jamb and threshold rail.
