Need approx. 60" of alsts.

Planning on covering approx. 60" of chain link fencing in back yard. Looks like your product resembles red wood color. How many bundles would I need and how much would it cost me. Does each bundle cover 10" running feet or 40"

Height of fence X length of fence / by 40 = # of rolls.

If I have a 6feet high and 80 feet wide fence how many rolls do I need?

Asked by: Vette
A lot. The package has a formula - height of fence X length of fence / by 40 = # of rolls needed. I would not have went to get the box, but for a 'Vette' nickname, WTH.

How do you punch the holes for the fasteners? Do you put fasteners top & bottom for each slat? Do u cut with scissors?

I ordered 2 rolls, but only one had fasteners included.

I had 20' and used 2 rolls. It's quite easy to install and I started at the top (inside on all 2nd links, run to bottom leaving space to fasten and cut the top to cover the first link leaving 1.5 " to wrap it around) Both top and bottom have the stud on the outside. Really came out good. Nice thing is, I can remove them and paint the fence. They worked for me. Took a before and after photo but unable to upload. A shame as they really show how good this is.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Practical, Simple to Install, Inexpensive Got several boxes of this to block my dogs' view of people and cars going by the house so they would be less inclined to bark at them. It took me maybe 20 minutes to figure out exactly how to push the brad through the plastic, and how to determine whether I should be weaving in front of the chain link or behind it so that both ends would be on the outside of the fence, and the cut ends on the inside. With two colors I made a diagonal stripe like the one on the box. It's attractive, and the dogs don't seem to know what they're missing. Haven't had it long enough to comment on its durability, but the warranty is for five years. It's fairly tedious work, so bring some tunes. And don't let your beagle eat the brads.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I purchased 12 boxes of the fence weave @ a total cost of $360. I covered my entire fence for privacy. The $3,000.00 I saved on purchase and installation of a new wood fence made this time consuming process worth the savings. I spent 1 1/2 hours a day for (2) weeks until I finished the yard. Not so bad if you do one box a day. I'd do this again and I love the look of the redwood and I'm enjoying my privacy at a low cost.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buy Something Better- These Constantly Tear and Come Off. I used this on a 6' tall X 50' long chain link fence. It looked good just after I installed it but i've had nothing but problems with it for the next 6 months. I live in a fairly windy area and every morning i would notice one or two of the slats would be torn off where they were attached to the fence with the brass fastener's. I installed this in the summer when the temperature outside was about 90 degrees and above. Now that its winter and the temperature outside is 50 degrees and under, the slats have contracted and torn and pulled the brass fasteners out. I've repeatedly punched new holes in them and reattached them making the ends look like swiss cheese and torn up. I recommend you spend more money and buy the heavy duty thicker slats. I will try to get a refund and replace this with a better product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This product was exactly what we were looking for. We compared this produce to similar products from the competitors. They did not have the color selection and special orders would take up to 8 weeks to get back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from very nice It took me a couple of days to complete the whole fence, but everyone in the family agrees -- looks great. Seems well made and is easy to install. Using the manufacture's recommendations for measuring will yield you more supply than you need; but excess allows you to become creative in a cross pattern. Hint: have a small sharp pointed tool to create small holes for the brass pins (which you get an abundance of 250 pieces per box) and other than that, you only need a pair of good scissors. We used "redwood" stain color and it matches our redwood stained decks perfectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from amazing product!!! We had to replace about 300 pieces of this, each piece about 6 feet long which our dog tore out so that she could see into the neighbors yard and play with the other dog! we ordered 4 boxes and we had a little bit left over. This product is so easy to use and it made our fence look like brand new! I have to tell you that our fence is 25 years old and this product matched perfectly...we used the red one and it did not fade after 25 years...truly remarkable.WE LOVE IT again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lasted 10 yrs, so far I used this on one section of fence where my neighbors put their garbage about 10 yrs ago, and it's still intact - except for the areas where my Jack Russell ripped it off while trying to chase rodents. I just did another section of fence with left-overs from 10 yrs ago. It was all still in perfect, pliable condition. I love this stuff. I use the redwood color to blend in with the rust on my fence.
