How do I get a replacement o-ring? The plastic one which came with the base is broken.

The plastic o-ring where the umbrella goes into the stand is broken. The umbrella will not stand up straight as a result.
Asked by: Steelmagnolia
Hi Steelmagnolia, unfortunately we do not offer a replacement o-ring for the Concrete Patio Umbrella Base in Black as a singular purchase on Homedepot.com. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future. Thank you for shopping Home Depot!

I liked it so much I bought another one 3 years ago, and today bought my third one. The first two are used at high-elevation cabin with semi-strong winds and live outdoors in the snow 7 months of the year. They still look and work like new. The third one will be used on a pool deck surrounding a saltwater pool The base is quite heavy, but is perfect for windy areas and areas that see a lot of rain/snow/splashing. We have had metal bases in the past that rust quickly and begin to look shabby. These bases don't rust and look good for many years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Umbrella Stands, very stable platforms to hold your umbrella on windy days I purchased two of these Umbrella stands for my new Pool Deck which gets sun as day. I needed a stand alone umbrella stand since I was not using them in conjunction with a supporting table. These heavy 55 lb stands fit the bill and support my Umbrellas in the wind without worry. Living in Florida heavy winds due to afternoon Thunderstorms are not a concern but a recent passing Hurricane did have me take down the umbrellas for safety sake. These are not the stands you want if your moving them around the deck or patio all the time but it you leave them in one place they are the ones to get. Easy to put together, they look real nice and the shaft the umbrellas fit into is nice and tall holding them firmly. Fits two different umbrella diameters so it should work with just about any umbrella. Excellent value and workmanship.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect stand for my umbrella! I read all of the reviews before ordering this stand, the stand that originally was for this umbrella was over 100 pounds, and 40 dollars cheaper, but I didn't see any good reviews for it so I ordered this one and after it arrived and we put the umbrella .up I can see why the reviews are so good. It is just right. The umbrella is the exact same collar of our house which we just painted this spring!,'

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Quality I was a bit hesitant at first to spend nearly $100 for this umbrella base, but am so glad I did. It was shipped directly to my home, and my husband carried it around to the backyard. We live in Houston so we frequently have rather turbulent summer weather blow in unexpectedly. I have purchased cheaper bases in the past and nothing is more annoying than having your patio umbrella blow over repeatedly with every breeze. This base has held steady every single time. High winds, sheets of rain, no problem. Not once has the umbrella blown over, and the base hasn't budged from where my husband placed it. I highly recommend this product!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Weight & appearance was A-OK PRO: After reading other reviews about umbrella bases and how the weight was a main factor in keeping an umbrella stable, I decided to purchase this 55 lb base from Home Depot. The color matched my anti-gravity lounge chairs PERFECTLY. CON: I'm using this 55 lb base for a free standing umbrella, so if I ever want to move it, I'll have to lay it on it's side and roll it, but there's a black plastic ring at it's base and am concerned that rolling it this way will evidently scratch/break the plastic ring.
