Yes, you just need a T to have the output go to both the fridge and the faucet. I'd recommend the John Guest style to have leak free operation for years.

I see no reason not to. A water filter is a water filter, the flow rate should be more than adequate for this application.

That's a good question! This unit is designed for residential use on a cold water line under a sink. It is not compatible with hot water lines or being attached to any appliances in the home.

Is the filter a level 3 or 4? Also will the plus filter fit this model?

I was interested in the culligan but its out of stock and not available in stores it was a level 4 filter so I am wanting to get one that is at least a level 3
