Customer Reviews

Rated 2.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Quality Control Lacking The ordered moulding product material and finish are satisfactory. However, the backside of each finished moulding piece had black ink printed with product information and bar code in several places. The black ink apparently came off several places on the front side of the adjacent moulding pieces rendering them unusable. In addition the moulding pieces are packed together without any isolation material in a loose box causing the pieces to rub together throughout the shipment to Home Depot. As a result the most of the 19 defective moulding pieces had to be returned to Home Depot and the hired trim carpenter could not complete the job. Better quality control and material packing by the manufacturer could have prevented these problems. A second replacement batch of moulding was received later from the manufacturer without the black ink transferred to adjacent pieces. But it was packed together again without separation material causing rubbing and some wear areas. The Home Depot store was very helpful in returning the defective moulding and obtaining replacement pieces. May 10, 2016
