Just got this flame a couple of days ago after seeing them used in open air restaurants. I thought it was pretty cool and wanted one for my patio.
Very happy with it so far, but I have to agree with some of the other posts about the instructions being a little weak.
Assembly was not difficult however, and anyone with even modest assembly skills should not have any issues with figuring it out.

Purchased three weeks ago; very sleek and attractive; effective heat distribution; easy to move around; easy to assemble: loved the fact that the screws were in their respective locations and ready for assembly; printed directions should have clearer diagrams.

For the price, a good deal. Looks great and operates as advertised. However, directions are poorly written.

Very pleased withe area coverage of this unit. It also uses less gas than other units I've used. Very pleased with the performance of this unit. Great service from this store's garden dept.

This heater simply looks fantastic, innovative product that not only puts out good amount of heat, also dresses up any patio space.
Took me a few hours to put it together, the instruction is decent but it left out one important alignment check, the mid section and bottom section need to match with orientation, otherwise the door won't work, I had to partially disassemble when I realized it.
