Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mike S Best of all
I bought this heater in February after searching for something that was different looking and more sturdy compared to other models. It's total weight and construction is exactly what I needed for outdoor use in Texas where we have a steady light wind. It has met all my expectations in heat performance and withstanding the elements.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Dudleys Spartanburg So far, so good!
So far this product has been wonderful! It was very easy to assemble and very easy to fire up where in the past with other brands it has been very difficult to ignite! The square shape and mocha color adds a wonderful touch to our businesses patio. We purchased 11 heaters and we are more than happy, I would definitely recommend this brand and product to others.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Deck Divas Works great, square on top
We've had some happy nights on the deck thanks to this patio heater! Clear, step-by-step instructions for assembly and operation. Love the rollers for easy moving and the solid construction. The only problem is we're having trouble finding a cover due to the square top.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Chip Good product, but some typical fit issues
After putting it together, it seems to work fine. Assembly was fraught with some typical issues.....some threaded fittings didn't work well so that screws couldn't be driven into mating threads. Just something one comes to expect with unassembled items these days.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bill Have to hold gas button for 1.5 minutes in order to start
The build quality is ok. Kind of flimsy, we are worried a good wind will knock it over (even with a full tank inside) we may have to put sand bags in.
As for starter, I was not impressed. Instructions tell you to hold pilot light in to start for 30 seconds for "Main burner to light". Well, main burner lights in seconds after you click red ignitor, but then you have to hold that gas pilot in for about a minute to have steel cage get red enough to keep it lit. FOR $200+ I don't want to stand there holding this button in for a minute! I just want to click and walk away. Heat is good underneath. Doesn't do much when your more then 4 feet away in 40 degree weather.
