This product works reasonably well depending on how much of the underside of the tile actually hollow. When trying to pump the product under the tile, if you encounter resistance, you get a lot of leakage around the plunger in the tube as well as backflow out of the hole in the grout. If you are successful in getting a reasonable amount of the product under the tile, it does work and firms up springy or spongey feeling tiles as well.

Thank you! Fix-A-Floor saved my floor - no joke! So it all started with a house renovation last year and some fine Italian porcelain tile. Our house is a bit older and after about a month there was some knocking of the tiles. Gasp! I thought it was the tile installer so I had him tear some of it up and reinstall. To no avail, again it occurred slowly but sure over a period of months. This old house I guess.... In comes Fix-A-Floor, I think they may sell this with a DIY super hero cape for the tubes. I've made steady progress throughout my kitchen and fixed all the knocking! My floor is now a dream to walk on. So if you want to know if this stuff works, yeah, it is better than your sliced bread you had this morning. Also, company has great customer service if you need anything so double awesome. Tell your friends or keep it your cool DIY secret. I don't care, just buy this stuff and stop reading this.
Oh, and I don't write reviews so it must be good. Cheers!

I bought a floor tile adhesive that worked well and dried fast. I wish I had known a heavy weight was required during drying to keep the tiles from popping up but other than that I was very happy.

Very easy to use. I am now less worried that the tile may crack.

I had porcelain wood plank tiles (long and narrow - approx 2 1/2 ft by 51/2 inches) installed on a concrete slab post super storm Sandy flood when contractors were scarce and there was no choice but to use who was available. This “contractor” did a poor job and within 2 years numerous tiles were creaking and loosening. I decided to try Fix a Floor and it worked as stated. I am now on my second round of repairs (in different areas). The initial repairs a year ago were extremely successful.
Make sure your drill bit is masonry or it will break and that it is narrower than the grout line so you don’t chip the tile. Squeeze easy and steady so the product doesn’t come out the back end due to container breakage. Definitely release the gun pressure before taking the nozzle out of the hole or it will squirt everywhere. Once you get the hang of it, it is very easy to do. My husband drilled the holes and I did the rest.
Buy much more than you think you might need. There were areas where I thought this stuff was going into some bottomless abyss. I used three 10 0z tubes for two tiles and then finally it came up the other hole. If the product backs up from one hole without going elsewhere just go to another hole. This time I have done two areas so far, each about 3 feet by 3 feet and have used 6 1/2- 10oz tubes. I am sure the voids are huge. Also, I had a situation where the product put in one hole came up in another hole but not a third hole. So I put some in the third hole and it came up in the first hole. So it wouldn't flow one way but it flowed the other way. I always try each hole if it doesn't come out of all the holes in the hollow area. Again my tiles are long so I make lots of holes to make sure I get it all.
Once done you cannot ever tell that the tile had been creaky or loose. They are very solid and when I tap, there is no hollow sound. I did tiles which were over heating pipes and are in an area with extremely high traffic and it is still perfect and solid from a year ago.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Northeast Good/Fast solution to fixing hollow tiles...
I had several/loose tiles after tiling my basement floor with those ceramic 6"x24" ceramic wood tiles. At first I tried ripping up 1 or 2 of those tiles and chiseling out the mortar and then remortaring, I would highly recommend not doing this approach... it is very time consuming and very hard to get right. I should say that I also installed electric heat mats under the tile so I was very scared to cut that. With this glue I just took up the tile and then put a whole bunch of the glue down and then set the tile back down... worked great! Try to wipe up the excess glue before it dries though. This 12 pack is a better value than buying 1 separately.
What I learned; always back butter your tiles!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HRec Used over 30 Tubes and Just Ordered More - Amazing, Money Saving Product
I first used this product when only the manufacturer out of FL sold it (2013). I was very skeptical and ordered just two tubes since I thought I was looking at a $10,000 tile replacement. The owner (Tracy Hilton) answered my emails quickly. The first tube went into the black hole of my loose tile never to come out of any other drilled holes. My first thought was, “This is going to be very expensive”! I used up the second tube, weighted down the area in question, and the next day the tiles were solid as a rock! My neighbors were impressed and I immediately ordered more. Since I needed it the next day, I emailed Tracy a shipping label and she drove it to FedEx and dropped it off for me. As a woman that owns my own business, I appreciate that she goes the extra mile like I have to do myself for customers. I ended up using about 30 tubes and the hardest part was matching up my old non-existent grout color, not the Fix-a-Floor application. Home Depot sells another product – a grout dye that solved that problem. I had to order my color on their website since it was not a stock color. The tile dept employee was great. He had to call the manufacturer, get the sku that was not in the HD system, then he phoned me back to let me know it was on order for me! The Home Depot dye product was easy clean up and after months of foot traffic you cannot tell that I dyed the grout lines. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE, BUY ONE OR TWO TUBES LIKE I DID FOR A TEST, THEN BUY THE CASE.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by drm So Glad I Found This Product!
Just bought a house. Discovered that there many creaking and hollow floor tiles that were not properly installed on a concrete basement floor. There were too many to remove so tried Fix a Floor. Found it to be somewhat messy but has, so far, stopped the tiles from creaking and now have more of a solid sound when tapped. As others have stated, order a lot more that you think you will need. The stuff is like white runny glue and you can not help but have some waste.
Sure wish HD stocked this product so I can just go to the store and pick it up.
