Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fatburger Functional product, instructions minimal
My tile was completely loose and I don't know if the fill in function works. The adhesive quality seems good and the tile has not shifted. Took a looong time to get here, at least if you're used to Amazon delivery. Instructions are pretty darn minimal. If I were filling in underneath watching the YouTube video is a necessity. As is, I just guessed that applying the adhesive liberally to the floor and the tile would work and that cleaning any loose stuff from the floor and tile would obviously be required. There is no cap to seal it off if you have adhesive left.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MSR Interesting Product, works as advertised
My first go was a bust and lost half the product. Ordered more and changed strategies. Drill Hole, Vacuum, use an angle pick to remove grout in the hole under the tile, use a compressor to blow out hole, then added some water to make sure the glue will flows under tile. The tip must cover the hole so it doesn't flow out, but if the tip is cut to far down the glue just pours out to fast. If you have a caulk tube that is empty, cut the tip off about 2 inches and place it over the tip supplied this makes the diameter bigger to fill the edges of the drilled hole. Then be patient and squeeze slowly. This is much better than having to remove and replace tiles. I planning to purchase a few more tubes.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Texasber Works well for certain repairs
Dis-bonded tiles are either 1) "hollow-sounding only", or 2) hollow-sounding and crunchy-sounding". This product will likely not work if there is no open path from the drilled hole to the void. For either type of flaw, verify there is a flow path by tapping on one side of the joint with a kitchen knife handle while placing your fingertips on the adjacent tile near the intended hole location. If you don't feel a slight vibration in your fingertips, the tiles are likely well bonded at this location. Move to another spot. Type 2 flaws are easier to fix. The product flows easily under the crunchy tile and adjacent tiles if there is a flow path. I applied 15 tubes in a couple of hours. The crunch is gone, but some hollow areas still remain; not a big concern however.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by HandyMan12 SAme issues as TileGuy78
Like TileGuy98, I drilled the holes into the grout as described in the video and on the product itself. When I applied pressure to the product with my caulk gun I had a mess on the gun and on my floor as the back pressure caused the glue to exit from the back side of the gun. At times the injected glue did come up through the other holes I drilled (as seen in the video) but at times it did not. I will evaluate the results tomorrow. The process is not as easy as depicted in the video.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by chaffey Works great!!!
I have a few tiles that are loose (bad installation) and this has helped me avoid ripping out my floor. I only have 1/8 grout lines so I had to drill a more rectangle hole. If you drill a decent size hole and deep enough this works great. Make sure the tip is all the way down, even maybe on an angle. if your tip is in there right, it will fill any void since the product is thin. No issues after 1 month. Should sell it in the store.
