Customer Reviews

Flat Glass 6 in. White Recessed Trim is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice looking... It's a bit on the expensive side for a light trim, but the quality and functionality is very good. The included reflectors are icing on the cake, and this addition really makes the trim worth it to buy. Most trims don't come with reflectors, I may say. You may think that with or without reflectors might not make much difference - just a bit less light to the front and no difference to its appearance. That was what I thought, and at first I installed the trims without the reflectors. I was not satisfied with the light leaking out on the side between the trim and ceiling (could be of imperfectly even ceiling). Then I reinstalled all trims with the reflectors. And this did the trick. The reflector did not only redirect all light to the front but also blocking light from leaking to the sides (but I had to make sure the reflector sit flat on the inside trim). I used them mainly for the latter reason. And the fact that these reflectors are made of polished aluminum and not chrome-plated plastic is a plus. In general they look good and diffuse the light well, but expect to lose some light output due to the frosted front glass.
