Prefabricated Distribution/Control panel helps to simplify your radiant heat installation. Our distribution panels for radiant heat have all the necessary components to operate radiant systems and pass all local building codes. The FloorHeat professionally preassembled hydronic heating control panels save time and money. On-site work will be minimized to connecting your supply and return lines to the boiler and manifolds, electrical wiring and providing make-up water supply. No soldering is required. Additionally pumps can be added to the panel making them easily expandable from 1 to 2 or 3 zones. Priming the radiant floor system and priming the boiler is convenient and easy. The 1 in. copper tubing is large enough to accommodate both large and small projects. All panels are pressure tested prior to leaving our facility and are carefully packaged to assure safe delivery.

Will this system work with underneath the flooring in crawlspace joices? Do you sell the under floorboard tubing also?

The electric water heater has to cycle regularly to maintain the preset temperature of the actual storage of the tank itself. If not selected to the right proportion, the volume of the radiant heat loops totality can effect the call for heat and the satisfying of the of the radiant heat thermostat. In other words, an electric water will be more costly to run utility bill wise. Heating and maintaining the mass of hot water in being ready for a zone thermostat to call for heat. A modulating type boiler only runs and cycles only in direct proportion to the amount of fluid in the radiant zone run, thus saving money on the utility cost. Read Less

Answer: 
There are a number of factors that enter into making this determination, the region of the country where you are located, the ambient temperature, the number of windows, the height of the ceiling, the amount of insulation etc. Ideally a heat load analysis should be done.
With that said if you have a tank-less water heater that is 60,000 BTU it should more than accommodate most situations.
