All of our panels are made from a heavy duty cellulous PVC while our cabinets are made from a medium density fiberboard (MDF).

Hey Shempster,
Whether it is the raised flow wall panel or the back of the cabinet, you'd first need to measure where the outlet is now located. It's best to have the cabinets installed, or find out where they will be installed.
This is done so you'll have the perfect sized hole for the outlet. Cutting a hole in the flow wall back panel must be done carefully and with a sharp jigsaw.

This is done so you'll have the perfect sized hole for the outlet. Cutting a hole in the flow wall back panel must be done carefully and with a sharp jigsaw.
As for making the hole, you'd first need to drill a hole in the center of back wall where the outlet will go.
This will allow the jigsaw to cut the hole via a starting point. Again, do it carefully and if you plan this out, you'll get the hole properly cut out for your outlet.
