It was very easy to set up and included stakes and convenient reinforced holes to secure the greenhouse. I have my Swiss chard and other vegetables inside and we'll see how they do through the winter. It seems very sturdy with zipper "windows" on both sides (4 windows)! It exceeded my expectations.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It's holding up okay so far. I've had this up... It's holding up okay so far. I've had this up for about two weeks. There was some snow and a bit of frost that seemed to weaken some of the plastic. One of the zippers is already broken. I expected this to happen when I first saw how flimsy they were. I don't expect this to last very long.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well designed and well made I've been making home made cold frames for years out of pvc pipe, garden cloth, etc. but for frost protection this is far superior. It fits comfortably over one of my 3' X 6' raised beds, can be partially zipped open for ventilation, and, if closed and it's skirts weighted with rocks, sheds the wind and doesn't blow away. Folds up nicely to store too. I will probably buy another to keep some lettuces and herbs going in the fall.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Product A good choice for someone who wants to try out a cold frame and doesn't want a long, involved installation process

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for spring seedlings & overwinter small herbs If you have any herbs like rosemary or sage and live in the Pacific Northwest (i.e., too much rain and need to protect the herbs) this greenhouse is probably not for you. It is only 3 ft. high and you can only fit in the smallest of containers, 10 inch diameter or less. I have 16 inch square containers with rosemary, sage, tarragon, oregano etc. and you have to clip their heads off substantially to fit them into this greenhouse. For spring seedlings you have started, this is the greehouse of choice - you can fit many 4 inch square pots in here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow what a find! I love it. Live in the Pacific Northwest and its perfect......I bought it to keep the frost and snow off lettuce I planted in October that is giving me a healthy salad everyday. I placed it over the raised bed anchored it down and it works even on the coldest night......I do have a 75 watt light bulb in it to turn on for temperatures in the 20's, so far so good. I can open it up in the daytime when the sun is shining and zip it up at night. It is very well made and I am more than happy with it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This product is worthless DO NOT waste your money on this product. We purchased ours last spring and it did not even last 6 months before the fabric started to deteriorate making the zippers inoperable. The wind ripped it to shreds and yesterday we found pieces of it in the trees. At this point, we threw it away. It is definitely not designed for this type of climate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic cold frame I love this cold frame. The design is excellent. I just wish they would make some in smaller sizes too. I would recommend it to any medium-scale gardeners (too big for a small garden).
