Click Seal 3/8 in. x 7/8 in. x 12 in. Toilet Connector is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 31.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Spews out water! Get something else. I decided to replace the feed line along with my toilet fill valve. I installed it exactly as directed. I was very careful not to cross thread it. Tightened it until it clicked. Water spewed out. Tried further tightening with a wrench. Water spewed out. Undid it and repeated the entire process two more times. More water. I ended up reusing my old feed line. It was a non-Click-Seal type. It sealed perfectly first time so I know there was nothing wrong with my new fill valve's inlet fitting. Suggest you try to find an old fashioned feed line. I'm taking this back on my next visit to HD.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't click This supply line didn't click and it didn't feel like it was tightening enough. It said to turn clockwise to allign the threads then turn counter clockwise, I did this but it just was not working. I didn't turn on the water because I was concered it would leak a lot so I can't say for certain it wouldn't work. But it's called Click Seal, so it ought to do what it says. Great idea, but poor execution.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not work !!!!! Bought 2 of these to replace toilet supply lines. After having the line fail that was in my house when I purchased it 5 years ago and having considerable flooding I wanted a product that was quality and worked, this product did not !!!! Placed first one on and heard audible click, turned water on and leaked like crazy. Called fluidmaster and they were surprised and never heard of this happening before. They also said never heard about any reviews stating product leaked....there are many on Home Depots website !!! So with fluidmaster on phone attached 2nd hose and exact same thing....leaked like crazy in exactly same spot. Sounds like a great idea so nut can't be over tightened but it's garbage !!! Then they want me to send it back so they can see what's wrong it, really ??? With repairs and getting my home back in order that's the last thing I care about.....plain and simple...it didn't work...I don't trust it...and I will not buy or recommend it to anyone !!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Piece of junk This almost 5 year old piece of garbage cracked on the side of the plastic nut and filled my cellar with 4" of water. Absolute piece of junk.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaked Terribly It may click but that did not mean it was sealed for me. Turned on the supply and water poured out of the center. Turned it slowly but water continued to come out even after it clicked again. Bought a regular closet connector and had zero leaks. I will be returning this item.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from sounds good, doesn't work The idea of not being able to over tighten sounds good. Mine leaked. Cutting off the collar allowed it to be sufficiently tightened with channel locks.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't work. Bought 2, the 1st was too short and had to purchase the 20". Both were as easy as regular supply lines to install; however, in both instances the click was heard and upon turing on the supply line, water was leaking out of the connection. Tried hand tightening with no positive results, returned the 1st item for the 2nd, longer one, and exactly the sarme results, but I must add upon continious tightening it did stem the flow until flushing of the toilet, and then moderate leaking resumed, also noticed that toughing of the line created leakage. Returned item and purchased regular supply line, about $1 more, and hand tightened and NO LEAKAGE. Again this was my experience, and if I knew now what has transpired, I myself would not bother with this item. Believe if allowed to further tighten the connection it may have worked.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not work as advertised I purchased 2 of these click seals as I had 2 toilets to repair. On the 1st upgrade I installed and it leaked immediately. Not from cross-threading, it was clearly leaking between the bottom of the nut and the line exiting the nut. I just happened to have a 2nd one since I had 2 repairs. Same exact result. Ran to the local hardware store and picked up a traditional braided line. Perfect....no issue. Pretty disappointed as I am a big fan of Fluidmaster.
