Good instructions, just make sure to read them all. Easy install.
Just make sure you clean any gunk or grit from any surface that needs to be water tight where a rubber gasket will lie.
You might have to keep tightening the nut on the bottom until it stops leaking. The two I've done needed to be tighter than I expected. Don't forget to reuse any other gaskets from the water line.
Also keep in mind you can pop off the top of these and clean/flush them if they're leaky. Sometimes grit gets stuck in the guts and causes a very small slow leak.

Quick run out and find me a four year old child! Ok, I could not resist the Groucho Marx joke. This is an easy to install, simple, well manufactured product that is a universal fit. Money well spent.

IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY AND ARE REPLACING THE EXACT ONE, JUST TURN OFF THE WATER AND PULL THE UPPER PART OF THE OLD UNIT OFF. THE NEW ONE WILL SLIDE BACK ON THE OLD LOWER UNIT. YOU CAN REPLACE ONE IN LESS THAN 1 MINUTE. (I WOULDN'T DO THIS FOR A CUSTOMER JOB.)

Rated 4 out of 5Â by WallyGator Easy install, but very noisy
The fill valve was real easy to adjust and install , but very noisy on filling the tank. I returned the 1st one and the second one was slightly quieter, but our little bathroom still sounds like an airport.
Saying that, I would buy another one based on price, easy install and store location. I'm hoping our hard water will quiet it down over time.
