Customer Reviews

2-Handle High-Arc Standard Kitchen Faucet with Side Sprayer in Brushed Nickel is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Attractive faucet kit. Some quality control issues. This is an attractive faucet kit. It looks exactly like the photo on the web page. The main body of the unit is well constructed and designed. I would personally prefer that the center nipple (for the sprayer) be extended (3-6 inches) for easier access during installation. The sprayer assembly is the reason for my relatively low rating with respect to quality. The sprayer head comes pre-assembled to a PEX hose. This hose is then screwed to the center nipple on the faucet body via brass PEX crimp connector. The quality of the brass pipe connector, is mediocre at best. Mine leaked from first installation (no, the "o" ring was not the problem). I eventually realized that it was a product defect, not installation error, and solved the problem by cutting off the defective PEX connector and replacing it with (about $10 worth) suitable brass hardware. The only other issue is that the PEX is rather stiff and as a result, the sprayer doesn't pull out and retract easily. However this is normal for ALL PEX hose assemblies and cannot be counted as a negative strike against this product. Summary : If you have some basic plumbing knowledge and skills, this is a nice looking unit that will be easy to install as long as you know how to improvise when something goes wrong.
